Originally built as an ice house, this impressive, lakefront guest home — though nothing about its size and elevated design says “guest” — is located on the south of two lakefront lots. Infused with East Hampton charm, the project’s historic structure inspired its substantial walls, now dressed in eye-catching paneling and patterned drapery. Wingback seating, vintage bathtubs, and a stone fireplace wall invoke a Dutch Colonial take on lake life.
